Terms of service
Effective 7 September 2026. These beta terms describe the intended service relationship and should be reviewed by deployment counsel before commercial launch.
Using Sotto
You must have authority to connect each storefront and event source. You are responsible for lawful collection, disclosure, and display of customer information, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity performed through your workspace.
Prohibited use
Do not submit fabricated activity, attempt unauthorized access, evade quotas, interfere with the service, or use Sotto to mislead, harass, discriminate, or violate law or third-party rights.
Beta service
Sotto may change while in beta and may experience interruptions. Features described as upcoming are not commitments. Paid billing must not begin until pricing, taxes, cancellation, refunds, and payment-provider terms are presented at checkout.
Your data
You retain rights to the data you submit and grant the limited rights required to process it and operate Sotto. You must avoid sending sensitive payment credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact legal@trysotto.in.
